ART OF DECISION

Understand yourself well enough to navigate what’s next.

Art of Decision combines applied psychology, behavioral science, and decades of executive experience to help people and organizations better understand what’s happening, improve the quality of their decisions, and move forward with clarity.

The whole person matters.

Work doesn’t happen separately from life. Leadership doesn’t happen separately from personality. And important decisions aren’t made independently of our experiences, assumptions, relationships, pressures, and ambitions.

That’s why Art of Decision takes a different approach.

We work in the space between traditional coaching and clinical psychology applying psychology to the whole person without diagnosing or treating to help people understand themselves, their circumstances, and what they need to do next.

Better awareness creates better judgment.
Better judgment creates better action.

This is where I think the site finally explains why AOD is different rather than simply telling people that you’re a coach/consultant.
